The Engineering Division is supported by a team of highly qualified and experienced professionals within the Oil and Gas industry, each possessing between 10 to 15 years of practical experience. Their expertise ensures the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and industry-compliant solutions.
Our power generation capabilities cover both hydro and gas systems, delivering output ranging from 1MW to 1000MW. We also provide efficient and sustainable solar power generation solutions tailored to modern energy needs.
We offer comprehensive power transmission solutions, including transformers of all ranges and sizes across high, medium, and low voltage panels. Our services extend to motors, HVAC systems, UPS units, battery chargers, power cables, cable trays, and jointing kits. We also handle lighting and grounding systems, as well as containerized control rooms. Our expertise includes the installation and management of transmission lines spanning 660kV, 330kV, 132kV, 33kV, 11kV, and 415V capacities.
Our power distribution services include detailed engineering, advanced electrical design, and simulation. We also specialize in domestic, commercial, and industrial wiring and electrical installations, ensuring safe and efficient power delivery across all sectors.
We provide integrated low current solutions such as PABX and internet systems, fire protection systems, and CCTV installations, enhancing communication, safety, and security infrastructures.
Our instrumentation services focus on automation, calibration, and comprehensive instrumentation and process control systems. We ensure precision, efficiency, and reliability in industrial operations.
We deliver advanced corrosion control solutions, including cathodic protection (CP), internal corrosion control (ICC), and ultrasonic measurement (UTM). Our services also cover pipeline integrity management, pigging, coating, and other corrosion mitigation techniques to extend asset lifespan and ensure operational safety.
Our engineering and technical services include detailed engineering, engineering drafting, and project support with supervisory services. We ensure that every project is executed with precision, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards.
Our Petroleum Exploration and Development Division provides end-to-end support across the upstream and downstream value chain.
We handle OML and OPL license documentation, ensuring full regulatory compliance and seamless acquisition processes. Our expertise extends to oil and gas field development, where we deliver efficient, technically sound solutions from concept to production. In addition, we are actively involved in the construction and operation of petrochemical plants, leveraging industry best practices to ensure safety, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
The Procurement and Sales Division is fully equipped to handle the sourcing and distribution of a wide range of electrical and industrial products, with a strong capability in the purchasing and sales of Schneider Electric and Delixi Electric products in line with established partnership arrangements.
Our offerings cover an extensive portfolio of electrical components, including Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCBs) for both industrial and domestic applications, Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCBs) ranging from 16A to 3600A, as well as a full range of contactors and relays.
We also supply pilot indicators, Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs), stabilizers, and power cubicles, along with distribution boards, switches, sockets, RCCBs, and RCCBOs. Our division supports critical power infrastructure with switchgears, manual and automatic changeover systems, transformers, and Ring Main Units. In addition, we provide LV and MV panels, cables, pumps, limit switches, pneumatic systems, medium-voltage materials, and a variety of mechanical equipment.
With a focus on quality, reliability, and timely delivery, the division ensures that clients receive industry-standard products that meet both operational and safety requirements across diverse sectors.
The Construction Division delivers end-to-end execution across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation facilities.
Our capabilities cover the upgrade and revamping of flow stations, as well as land and swamp gas gathering projects, including the installation of inlet manifolds, plant piping systems, high-, medium-, and low-pressure separators, surge vessels, and integrated electrical power reception and distribution systems. We also deploy advanced control solutions such as Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Emergency Shutdown (ESD) and Process Shutdown (PSD) systems, alongside communication infrastructure including PA and EPABX systems, ensuring seamless integration of new facilities with existing operations.
The division is experienced in the delivery of specialized oil and gas infrastructure, including pig traps, tank gauging systems, and the de-bottlenecking of existing production facilities to improve operational efficiency. We design, install, and commission Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, providing real-time monitoring and control capabilities. Our services extend to the construction and revamping of gas plants, as well as the fabrication of structures, piping systems, storage tanks, knockout drums, scrubbers, and other pressure vessels. We also handle the procurement, installation, and commissioning of gas and diesel generators, including Caterpillar Inc. equipment, alongside fire fighting systems and fire and gas detection (F&G) systems to ensure safety compliance.
In addition, the division executes the construction of flow lines across both land and swamp terrains, and delivers installation and commissioning of positive displacement (PD) metering systems, pumps, compressors, and related process equipment. We also provide cathodic protection systems for underground pipelines to mitigate corrosion and extend asset life. Our civil and structural engineering capabilities include earthworks such as filling, compaction, and grading; construction of roads, pavements, and drainage systems; and specialized infrastructure such as helipads, switchgear and control room buildings, and pipe racks. Furthermore, we undertake prefabrication and construction of shelters for turbo compressors, generators, and heavy equipment, as well as the fabrication and erection of communication towers.
The Pipeline Division specializes in the construction of flow lines and bulk pipelines across both land and swamp terrains, delivering full-scope execution in line with industry standards and client specifications.
